This policy explains how memduck handles personal data for the web service and iOS app.
Data we collect
memduck stores the account identifiers required for Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in, your email address when provided by an identity provider, and the content you choose to save as memory.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate your account, sync your memory workspace, answer your questions, and keep your saved content available across supported memduck clients.
AI processing
Saved content may be sent to the model provider configured for your workspace so memduck can summarize, search, classify, and answer with citations.
Tracking
memduck does not sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising tracking.
Retention and deletion
Your memory data remains in your workspace until you delete it or request deletion. To request account or data deletion, contact support from the email address associated with your account.
