Terms of Service
These terms explain the operating boundaries for the memduck web service and iOS app.
Service
memduck provides a hosted second brain and context service for saving sources, organizing project memory, answering with citations, and sharing relevant context across authorized AI Agents, Web, and iOS.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and Agent connection tokens secure, choosing appropriate project permissions, and the content sent to your workspace. You can revoke Agent connections from the Brain control surface.
Model providers
memduck lets you configure third-party model providers. Content may be sent to the provider you choose so the app can summarize, embed, classify, and answer with citations. Provider fees and terms are separate from memduck.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew through the payment provider shown at checkout. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the billing portal when billing is enabled.
Acceptable use
Do not use memduck to store illegal content, abuse third-party services, bypass access controls, or process content you do not have the right to use.
Backups and deletion
You can download a workspace backup from the app. To delete an account or request help with deletion, use the account page or contact support from the email linked to your account.
